And yet, here we are, seeing women step into AI, not just as users but as leaders, innovators, and decision-makers. I love coming across stories of female engineers, data scientists, and entrepreneurs who are not only working with AI but actively shaping its future.
But I also wonder—what is it really like to work in AI as a woman? We hear about the breakthroughs, the success stories, but I imagine there are still challenges. Have things truly changed? Or is it still an uphill battle?
